摘　　要：分析了互联网上实时多媒体通信的特性，介绍了基于ＩＰ的主要实时通信协议，在阐述协议设计思想的基础上，指出它们的特点和适用范围，最后通过分析协议中引入的新技术，提出了实时通信协议的发展动向。In this paper we analyses the features of real time multimedia communication and introduce the main IPbased real time communication protocols.We point out their adaptive areas after presenting their motive of design.At the end,the future of their developing is indicated with applying of new technology.
