摘 要:在K2 O KF ZrO2 SiO2 H2 O体系中 ,研究了水热合成方法制备类沸石矿物Umbite的合成规律。考察了无机盐种类、有机添加物种类、碱源等对合成Umbite合成的影响。用XRD、SEM、FT IR、化学分析等对合成样品加以表征。实验结果表明 :可合成Umbite的原料配比为 :K2 O/SiO2 /ZrO2 /KF /TMABr /H2 O =(1 0 3 0 )∶1∶(0 0 1 0 2 )∶(0 3 3 0 )∶(0 3 1 2 )∶36 8;有机添加物在Umbite合成中仅仅影响了晶化速率 ;受四面体与八面体交替排列的结构限制 。The synthesis principal of Umbite under hydrothermal conditions in the system of K 2O ZrO 2 SiO 2 TMABr H 2O was studied The effects of different alkali, organics and salts on the synthesis of Umbite were also investigated and the products were characterized by using XRD ,SEM and FT IR Experimental results showed that the materials composition of preparation of the Umbite was: K 2O∶SiO 2∶ZrO 2∶KF∶TMABr∶H 20= (1 0 3 0)∶1∶(0 01 0 2)∶(0 3 3 0)∶(0 3 1 2)∶36 8 the organics only have effected the rate of crystallizing; Chemical analysis showed that the ratio of Si/Zr in the product had no distinguish changeableness because of the limit of its structure composed of octahedral and tetrahedral zirconium framework atoms
