摘 要:研究了以Ca(NO3) 2 浸渍改性对γ Al2 O3 的高温热稳定性的影响。考察了Ca的添加量及高温 (12 73K、1373K)处理后的表面性质和稳定性。BET比表面积和XRD结果表明 ,高温下Ca物种的引入明显地抑制了氧化铝比表面积的损失和α相变 ,提高了其耐热性。探讨了Al2 O3 烧结动力学 ,高温动力学研究表明 ,Ca的高温稳定作用主要是抑制焙烧过程中最初The effect of Calcium (CaO/ Al 2O 3 molar ratio varied from 0 0 to 0 30) and calcinations temperature (1?000?℃~1?100?℃) on the high temperature thermal stability of calcium modified γ Al 2O 3 prepared by impregnation have been systematically investigated by measuring BET surface area and powder X ray diffraction The results show that the addition of Calcium increases the surface area of γ Al 2O 3 and inhibits the transformation into α phase The stabilization of Calcium is strengthened with the increase of Calcium content and there exists an optimal modification range of 0 05~0 10 (CaO/ Al 2O 3) Furthermore, the study of the kinetics behavior of alumina at 1?000?℃ and 1?100?℃ indicated the stabilization of Calcium can be mainly attributed to retarding the loss of surface area due to the sintering and α phase transformation within initial 1 5?h during the calcinations process
