摘　　要：应用等效介质理论,研究由反铁磁半导体和绝缘非磁物质构成的侧向半无限反铁磁/非磁超晶格的色散性质,以及外加磁场和涡流对色散曲线的影响.Using effective-medium theory,a semi-infinite lateral semiconductor antiferromagnetic/nonmagnetic superlattice is considered.And its dispersion properties are found.Moreover,the influences of the external field and the eddy currents upon the dispersion properties are investigated in the paper.
