摘　　要：对比对传统投资项目绩效评价方法,分析建筑企业信息化项目绩效评价的特殊性,在研究企业绩效评价体系的发展历史和现状后,提出建筑企业信息化绩效评价的思路和应涵盖的主要内容.Contrasted to the traditional investment project achievements appraisal method,the particularity of construction enterprise information project achievements appraisal is analysed.After researching on enterprise achievements appraisal system development history and the present situation,the thought of construction enterprise information achievements appraisal and main contents covered are proposed.
