万汶在颅脑外伤急性超容血液稀释时对血气、电解质的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨万汶在颅脑外伤急性超容血液稀释时对血气、电解质的影响.方法 将同期急性颅脑外伤的患者,随机分为万汶组(volcven,H组,n=26)和平衡液组(R组,n=25).进行术前急性超容血液稀释(AHHD),分别于AHHD前,A洲D完成和AHHD后30分钟,测定血气及电解质.结果 R组扩容效果明显低于H组,P＜0.05.H组AHHD后中心静脉压(CVP)较AHHD前明显升高,p＜0.05.AHHD后H组Ca2+浓度稍下降,p＜0.05.结论 万汶在急性颅脑外伤术前行AHHD安全、有效.Objective To discuss Voleven when the skull flesh wound acute ultra accommodates the blood dilution to courage vigor,electrolyte influence.Methods The acute skull flesh wound's patient,will divide into the Voleven group stochastically same time (H group,n=26) and the equilibrium liquid group (R group, n=25).Before carrying on the technique,acute ultra to allow the blood to dilute (AHHD),before AHHD,AHHD completes separately with the AHHD latter 30 minutes,the determination courage vigor and the electrolyte. Results R group of dilatancy effect is lower than H group obviously,p<0.05.After H group of AHHD,before the central venous pressure (CVP) compares AHHD,to elevate obviously,p<0.05.AHHD the latter n group of Ca density drops slightly,p<0.05.Conclusion Voleven leads the way AHHD in the acute skull flesh wound technique to be safe,to be effective.
