摘　　要：基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式的绝缘监督管理信息系统的设计方法和功能特点,对业务流程、数据流程等分析设计了管理系统的对象模型、概念与物理数据模型等多种模型。应用ORACLE数据库技术和WEB技术,实现了数据信息的快速传递、报表计算及汇总、多样式查询、记录和报表统一管理等功能,很好地解决了不同样式报表的数据输入输出的问题,使技术监督管理工作更加规范。Based on B/S mode,the design method and functional characteristic of information management system for insulation supervision are described.By analysis of working flow and data flow,the object model of management system,conception and physical data etc.have been designed out.The technology of ORACLE database and WEB is adopted in this system,the functions have been realized,such as:data information fast transmission,report forms calculation and collection,inquiry in multiplicity,note and report forms unified management etc,the question of output and input for differential report forms had been solved so primly,that makes technical supervision management to all criterion,the inquiry and statistics for all supervising data become more conveniently,quickly and efficiently.Via this system practical operating,it exerts huge effect in production management,greatly enhances corporation management,and brings great economy benefit and society benefit.It will take important effect in correct reasonable directing production and science decision-making.
