摘  要:直接还原炼铁法是钢铁工业的前沿技术之一,是传统高炉炼铁的补充。直接还原炼铁有诸多优点,它不用依赖焦炭,能降低生产成本,产品质量好,市场适应性强,目前,我国采用直接还原炼铁煤基法生产工艺。与传统高炉炼铁工艺比较,直接还原炼铁煤基法工艺的最大特点是物流运输灵活,自动化程度高,这主要体现在上料系统和渣铁处理系统两个方面。论述了直接还原炼铁工艺对总平面布置的影响。Direct reduction ironmaking process is one of the frontal technologies in steel and iron industry,and is the supplement of traditional blast furnace ironmaking.Direct reduction ironmaking has many advantages,it needn't rely on coke,and can reduce the production cost,whose products are of high quality,and has a good adaptability to market.At present,our country adopts direct reduction coal-based process of ironmaking.As compared with the ironmaking process of the traditional blast furnace,its greatest characteristic of is that the logistics is flexible and,the automatic degree is high,which are embodied by material loading system and the one of treating dreg iron.it is mainly decribed the effect of direct reduction ironmaking process on layout of master plan.
