摘 要:目标方案的选择是一个复杂的系统工程,需从多角度、多标准来衡量。根据工程实际情况建立基础设计方案评价的3级指标体系,据模糊一致矩阵,将决策者的思维进行量化,由定性向定量进行转化,构造出基础设计方案优选的模糊一致矩阵数学模型。该模型概念清晰,理论严密。实例分析证明了用模型的合理性和有效性,与其他方法相比,该方法可灵活处理各种复杂的决策问题,易于计算机计算。The object scheme's decision-making is a complicated systematic project which needs to be scaled from different point of views and standards.According to the characteristics of practice case,to three-level evaluation's index system of foundation design proposal and to integrate the theory of fuzzy mathematics and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to decision-maker's thinking,the thought of decision maker can be measured in quantitative way in order to establish consistent matrix mathematic model to optimize foundation design schemes.The model is based on clear concept and rigorous mathematic theories and proved to be reasonable and effective by the practical engineering examples.As compared with other methods in dealing with all kind of complicated decision problems,it is apt to calculate by the computer.
