摘　　要：滨海区域,某混凝土建筑地下结构在使用中出现了较严重的开裂、渗漏和钢筋锈蚀问题,为了确保结构安全、延长建筑使用寿命,在一系列检测的基础上对该大厦地下结构进行了使用寿命评估,以便以此为基础提出可行的修补与加固方案。Serious cracking,leak and steel corrosion were found in the underground structure of a building.To make sure that the building is safe to use,and extend the the service life of the building,service life evaluation of its underground structure was carried out on the basis of detections,which is the basis for proposing a feasible repair program.
