摘 要:为了讨论含湿量对固结多孔介质传热的影响,利用试验设备,对混凝土等级为C30的有限长度圆柱体,一端施以循环温度边界条件,一端施以恒定温度边界条件,设计了圆柱体内为干燥(s=0)、含湿(s=0.33)和饱和(s=1)情况,在2个循环周期内,分别测试了等间距圆柱体内12组瞬时温度值,分析了湿度变化对于循环温度边界条件下有限长度固结多孔介质体内的温度波动影响。试验表明:在干燥和饱和情况下,沿着圆柱轴向深度,各层的温度均响应为同样的周期性波动,其频率与边界面处温度的频率相等;且它们之间均存在一定的延迟,其相位相应滞后;随着深度的增加,其波幅不断衰减;但是对于含湿情况下其频率降低,波长增大。在计算非饱和多孔介质的传热传质时,必须考虑水的相变作用。In order to discuss the effect of water content on the clotty porous medium heat transfer.Let one end of a C30 concrete column of finite length be under circular temperature boundary conditions and the otherat constant temperature by special experimental equipment.We measured twelve groups instantaneous temperatures of twelve points which were equidistant within the column in two circular periods when the column were totally dry(s=0),with some moisture(s=0.33),and saturated(s=1)and analyzed the effect of moisture variation.on temperature fluctuation within clotty porous media of finite length under circular temperature boundary conditions.The experiment showed that: in the cases of totally dry and saturated,each layer temperature response whose frequency is the same with that of the boundary surface temperature had the same periodic fluctuation along column axis and there were certain delay between them with their phases successively delayed and their amplitudes successively decreased with increasing axis deepness.But in the case with some moisture,the frequencies of each layer temperature response decreased as compared to that of surface and amplitudes increased.It is necessary to consider the contribution of water phase change.
