摘 要:采用有限元模拟的方法,应用Luikov传热传质模型,对层板胶合木梁中因环境变化而产生的横纹湿热应力进行了计算分析。结果显示,在环境条件以天为周期变化的情况下,对梁的影响主要集中在梁的表面附近,尤以湿度应力更为显著。因温度变化而产生的横纹温度应力相对较小,在一定条件下可以忽略其影响,而湿度应力则已达到可能使构件表面开裂的应力水平,因此在设计中应对其给予足够的重视。Hygrothermal stress perpendicular to grain in glued laminated timber(Glulam) beams induced by temperature and moisture variations was modelled using the finite element method in combination with Luikov's heat and moisture transfer model. It was revealed that the influence of cyclic environment change(daily) is mainly on the region close to the surface of Glulam beam,especially that of the moisture change.The stress induced by thermal change is relatively small,which can be ignored under certain conditions.But the hygrostress can reach a level that makes the beam crack on the surface,especially at the vicinity of the gluelines.Hygrostress must therefore be taken into due considerations in design of the beams.
