摘　　要：通过分析工程实践的经验和教训,提出了在新回填土上设计施工室外塑胶面层运动场时,防止地基不均匀沉降、基层热胀冷缩开裂和降低工程造价的新构造作法。Through out analysing the experiences and lessons of the project practices,the paper put forwards a new structure way that prevents the uneven subsidence of the ground and the substrate cracks due to which expansion with heat and contraction with cold,and reduces the project costs,when designing and constructing an outdoor sports ground with plastic rubber surface on new backfill.
