摘　　要：东部华侨城环湖路道桥在施工过程中发现跨中拱顶出现较大下挠,经分析是由拱脚的水平位移引起的,后经过专家参与讨论研究,重新对桥进行加固改造的设计与施工,并在改造过程中进行施工监控,成桥后进行荷载试验。A larger downwarping occurred at arch top in midspan during construction of the arched bridge on Huanhu Road in East Huaqiao City,which was caused by the horinontal displacement of abut.It was decided after the discussions by experts that redesign and reform of this bridge should be done.Monitoring and control were needed during its reform,and load test should also be carried out after its completion.
