摘  要:介绍了采用正交试验法获得气瓶特殊形状及尺寸的顶镦研究试验工作。它表示多因素多水平的顶镦试验方法,通过主要的顶镦模具结构及工艺参数,通过极少的工艺试验,就可推算出最优的模具结构及其工艺参数。本方法可以解决实际的生产问题。它显示如下优点:减少材料消耗、节省试制时间。The experimental top-upsetting research by orthogonal experimental method was introduced for the forming of gas bottle with special shape and the dimensions.Using this multivariate and multi-level experimental method,the main parameters of the upsetting process and the die structure could be calculated and optimized only by small amounts of process experiments,which were given different levels and combination of these parameters.This method could solve the practical productive problems,and had the advantages such as that it could reduce material consumption and save experimental time.
