摘  要:分析了深双锥形零件的冲压成形工艺,针对其成形难点,采用复合模的形式来分解最小变形系数,由此设计了落料—冲盂—拉深复合模。另针对其校正凹模的工作特点,设计了具有预紧力的校正凹模,并由于校正凹模结构特点的原因,在热处理淬火冷却工序中设计了专用的冷却方式,提高其组织硬度及硬度的均匀性和使用寿命。The punching process of deep biconical part was analyzed.A compound die with blanking,cupping and drawing processes was designed to decompose the deformation coefficient considering the difficulties in the forming of this part.According to the working characteristics of the shape correcting cavity die,a correcting die with prestressing force was designed.In order to improve the structure hardness and its uniformity,and the tool life,a special cooling method was adopted during the heat treatment quenching process due to the special die structure.
