摘　　要：为了实现工业炸药包装过程的机械化、连续化和自动化,提高生产过程的安全可靠性,结合我国工业炸药生产工艺现状,通过对小药卷炸药中包自动包装工艺技术及相关设备的研究设计与试验,成功研制了工业炸药全自动包装生产工艺技术,可对φ32mm和φ35mm小药卷进行自动包装,产能达到1.2～5 t/h。In order to have the mechanization, continuation and automation of the industrial explosive packing process, to improve the safety and reliability of the production process,in combined with the present status of the industrial explosive production technology in China, with the research, design and test of the automatic packing technology and related equipment for the small cartridge explosive, an industrial fully automatic packing technology was successfully researched and developed. The small cartridge with a diameter of 32 and 35 mm can be automatically packed with a packing production capacity of 1.2～5t/h.
