摘 要:随着矿井开采深度的加大,矿压和地温都逐步增高,为了防止煤炭自然发火,基于目前通用的防灭火技术,根据湖西煤矿的实际情况,提出了集注阻化剂泥浆、胶体、注氮和均压等为一体的综放工作面综合防灭火技术体系和以注浆、注胶为主,注氮、均压为辅的矿井快速防灭火技术。通过在湖西煤矿现场应用这项技术,防止了煤炭自然发火事故,保证了矿井的安全生产。With the mining depth of mine increased, the mine strata pressure and strata temperature would be increased steadily. In order to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion, based on the present technology applied to fire prevention and extinguishing, according to the actual conditions of Huxi Mine, the paper provided an integrated fire prevention an extinguishing technical system with integrated injection blocking agent, mud, glue, nitrogen injection and ventilation pressure balance, and also provided a mine rapid fire prevention and extin- guishing technology mainly with grouting and glue injection and auxiliary with the nitrogen injection and the ventilation pressure balance. With the application of the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology in the mine site of Huxi Mine, the coal spontaneous combustion accidents had been prevented and the mine safety production had been ensured.
