小脑顶核-下丘脑神经纤维投射的形态学观察

摘　　要：目的:揭示小脑顶核与下丘脑之间的神经纤维联系。方法:用生物素化葡聚糖胺(biotinylated dextranamine,BDA)顺行追踪小脑顶核神经元投射至下丘脑的路径和终止部位。电毁损小脑上脚交叉中顶核投射至下丘脑的神经纤维,然后再用生物素化葡聚糖胺(BDA)顺行追踪观察小脑顶核-下丘脑之间神经元投射。结果:小脑顶核注射BDA后第8d,在用3,3-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)和Nissl染色的脑切片上,观察到顶核神经元发出的神经纤维在小脑上脚中行走,并经小脑上脚交叉后主要到达对侧下丘脑外侧区。电毁损小脑上脚交叉处顶核投射至下丘脑的神经纤维再用生物素化葡聚糖胺(3,3'-diaminobenzidin,BDA)顺行追踪观察小脑顶核-下丘脑之间神经元投射后第8d,从小脑顶核发出的BDA阳性神经纤维在小脑上脚交叉处终止,在之后的两侧小脑上脚内均未发现走行的神经纤维,在下丘脑外侧区、后区及室旁核等区域也未见到明显的BDA阳性神经纤维。结论:小脑顶核神经元的轴突可直接投射至下丘脑,主要是下丘脑外侧区,这可能成为小脑影响机体其他功能的途径。Objective:To study the neural pathway connection between the cerebellar fastigial nuclei(FN) and the hypotha-lamus.Methods:Biotinylated dextran amine(BDA) was infused into one side of cerebellar FN and 8 days later,the routes and ending locations of the projections from cerebellar FN neurons to hypothalamus were observed.A technology of electrolytic lesion was used to destroy the projections of cerebellar FN neurons to hypothalamus in decussation of superior cerebellar pe-duncle(xscp).Results:Subsequent to an injection of BDA into unilateral FN,FN-hypothalamic projections passed through the superior cerebellar peduncle,crossed in its decussation and then entered the hypothalamus.These fibres were terminated pri-marily in lateral hypothalamic area.On the eighth day after electrolytic lesion of the fibres in xscp,the FN-hypothalamic pro-jections were damaged and there were no visible BDA-positive endings in hypothalamus.Conclusion:The cerebellar FN neu-rons may project directly to the hypothalamus through the xscp,which probably is the pathway mediating the modulation of certain functions by the cerebellum.
