摘 要:利用原位气泡拉伸法(简称ISBS)制备PPR/CaCO3纳米复合材料,并对制得的复合材料进行消泡处理和成型加工。通过对比消泡前后样品的场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)照片和比较复合材料缺口冲击强度后发现,纳米粒子在消泡后未产生明显的重新团聚现象;当复合体系中CaCO3粒子的添加量超过一定值时,复合体系中的粒子团聚的几率增大,复合材料易于发生再团聚。PPR/CaCO3 nano-composite by in-site bubble stretching(ISBS) method was prepared,then the foaming materials was antifoamed and made a moulding process.A comparison of the FE-SEM photographs and notched impact strength of the samples before and after the anti-foaming process was made,it could be found that it did not form an obvious re-aggregation after the anti-foaming process.When the addition of nano-CaCO3 in composite was over a certain value,the probability of re-aggregation increased,and the composite was easy to foam a re-aggregation.
