摘  要:采用乙基纤维素对PEO薄膜进行修饰,通过对修饰后PEO薄膜进行差示扫描量热测试,研究薄膜厚度变化对PEO等温结晶过程的影响。通过Avrami研究发现:乙基纤维素修饰的PEO薄膜厚度小于晶核间的平均距离时,Avrami图形在结晶初期出现了一个转折点,分析表明:该点是结晶体生长方式发生改变的转折点。The surface of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) films was modified by ethyl cellulose.The effect of the PEO films'thicknesses on the process of crystallization was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry.It was found that there was a transformation of the growth geometry of an entity when the thicknesses of the PEO films were less than the average distance between two adjacent nuclei.It was showed that a primary turning point appears in the Avrami plot in the very beginning of the crystallization process.The results showed that the primary turning point was an evidence of a transformation of crystal growth geometry.
