摘　　要：2004年以前,国内建造的10×104m3及其以上大型浮顶油罐用高强度钢板主要依赖进口,随着国家4大战略石油储备基地的陆续启动,大型储罐用高强度钢板的供需矛盾日趋突出。国家石油储备办委托中国石化集团公司组织有关单位进行了高强度钢板的国产化开发,并且在国家4大战略石油储备基地和其他储库得到了应用,最终形成了以国产高强度钢板取代进口钢板的整体格局。Before 2004,the high strength steel(HSS) plates used on 10×104 m3 or larger floating roof tanks erected in China mainly relied on import.As the successional start-up of the four national Strategical Petroleum Reserve Bases,the contradiction of supply and demand became more and more serious.Authorized by the National Petroleum Reserve Department,Sinopec and some corporations involved carried out the development of the home-made HSS,and it was successfully used in the above mentioned four bases and other tank farms.The situation of imported HSS replaced by home-made ones finally came into being.
