摘  要:以接骨木带腋芽茎段为外植体,研究了其组织培养技术。结果表明:适合接骨木芽启动培养的培养基为MS+NAA 0.2 mg.L-1+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1,诱导率可达100%;增殖培养基以MS+TDZ 0.03 mg.L-1+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1为宜,培养25 d,增殖系数可达3.8;生根诱导的最适培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg.L-1+6-BA 0.1 mg.L-1,生根率100%,根长势良好且根毛区长达2.0 cm左右;移栽以珍珠岩∶腐殖土=1∶2为基质,覆盖地膜保湿7 d,成活率可达95%以上。Stem segment with axillary buds of Sambucus williamsii were used as explants for tissue conduct.The results showed that the medium suitable for bud germination was MS with the combinations of NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 and 6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1,with the rate of induction of 100%.The optimum culture medium for multiplication was MS with the combinations of TDZ 0.03 mg·L-1and 6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1 and after 25 d,with multiplication coefficient 3.8.The most suitable medium for rooting induction was 1/2 MS with the combinations of IBA 0.2 mg·L-1and 6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1,with rate of rooting 100% and the length of hairy root 2.0 cm achieved.When transplanted,combination of perlite and humus in a ratio of 1∶2 as medium and mulching for 7 d were adopted,due to which the survival rates could reach over 95%.
