摘　　要：提供公共人事服务是人事部门基于市场经济体制下转变政府职能的一个目标,而加强公共人事信息服务则是实现这一目标的基础。本文以信息化建设为切入点,探讨市场经济条件下社会对公共人事服务的需求以及人事部门应对这种需求在信息化建设方面应做的工作,在概括分析信息化建设存在的问题的基础上,对信息化建设提出了相应的对策。providing of public personnel service is a target of function change of government.The paper starts from the construction of information system and argues the requirement of society to the public personnel service.Then,the paper points out the problems existing in the construction and puts forwards the countermeasures.
