摘　　要：本文从多视角论述了商业秘密是财产权的法律性质,同时指出商业秘密也是知识产权,而且是特殊的知识产权。文章也探讨了商业秘密的定性对商业秘密保护选择何种法律的影响。Indicative abstract: This article demonstrates that commercial secrets are the legal nature of the right of properties.It also indicates that commercial secrets are intellectual properties and are special ones.It discusses the influence which the qualification of commercial secret will put on the selection of commercial secret's protection.
