葡萄糖氯化钠钾注射液与4种儿童常用药物配伍的稳定性

摘　　要：目的研究在室温下葡萄糖氯化钠钾注射液分别与林可霉素、氨茶碱、氟康唑、奥硝唑配伍后的稳定性。方法采用HPLC法分别测定配伍后4种药物的含量变化,同时考察配伍溶液的外观、pH值和不溶性微粒的变化。结果在室温下配伍溶液8 h内澄清,pH值、不溶性微粒和含量均无明显变化。结论葡萄糖氯化钠钾注射液与林可霉素、氨茶碱、氟康唑、奥硝唑配伍后8 h稳定,在8 h内可安全应用于临床。OBJECTIVE To observe the stabilities of glucose and sodium chloride potassium chloride injection mixing with lincomycin,aminophylline,fluconazole,ornidazole respectively at 25 ℃.METHODS RP-HPLC was used to observe the content changes of four kinds of medicine in 8 h.The pH,non-soluble particulate and appearance of mixtures were also observed. RESULTS The mixtures were all clear and produced neither gas nor sediment.The pH,non-soluble particulate and contents hardly changed in 8 h at room temperature.CONCLUSION The mixtures of the glucose and sodium chloride potassium chloride injection mixing with lincomycin,aminophylline,fluconazole,ornidazole respectively are stable in 8 h,and can be mixed in the clinic.
