摘  要:目的考察注射用盐酸头孢替安与0.9%氯化钠注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定头孢替安与4种大输液在25℃条件下放置8 h内不同时间点的含量变化,并观察其外观及测定pH值和微粒粒径。结果6 h内配伍液澄明,色泽无变化,pH值和头孢替安的含量均无明显变化,微粒符合2005年版《中国药典》规定。结论注射用盐酸头孢替安与4种大输液配伍6h内可配伍使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the stability of the compatibility of complexes of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection when mixed with 0.9% NaCl injection,10% glucose injection,5% glucose injection and glucose saline.METHODS The samples of the complexes were collected at the 0,1st,2nd,4th,6th and 8th hour after mixing cefotiam with 4 infusion injections at the temperature of 25 ℃ and the contents and the changes of ultraviolet Absorption spectrum of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.The pH value and the insoluble particles of the mixed solutions were detected and the external appearance,color,diaphamneity of the mixtures were observed. RESULTS There were no visible changes within 6 hours in terms of the appearance,pH,forms of peaks of the complexes.In the 4 mixtures,no significant content changes of cefotiam were found under the experiment condition and the increased of insoluble particles was in line with the specification stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION Cefotiam hydrochloride for injection and 4 infusion injections mixed under the room temperature are compatible and can be used within 6 hours
