摘 要:目的观察细菌性胆囊炎NO、SOD、MDA的变化及蒙药地格达伊苏的抗炎作用,以探讨地格达伊苏治疗胆囊炎的可能机制。方法将大肠杆菌菌液注入胆囊制备家兔细菌性胆囊炎模型,采用比色法检测血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量,观察家兔细菌性胆囊炎30 d后手术对照组、模型组、利胆组、蒙药组NO、SOD、MDA含量的变化。结果模型组NO、SOD、MDA含量均升高,以NO、MDA升高更明显,与手术对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);利胆组和蒙药组SOD明显升高,与手术对照组比较差异有统计学意义,且蒙药组SOD高于利胆组(P<0.05),而NO、MDA则低于模型组,蒙药组又低于利胆组(P<0.05)。结论在家兔细菌性胆囊炎发病过程中,血中NO、SOD、MDA等氧化介质均增高,提示上述介质参与了胆囊炎的发生发展过程;蒙药地格达伊苏可诱导SOD活性,降低NO、MDA自由基,具有抗自由基作用而改善胆囊炎的炎症过程。OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes in some oxidative media in the systemic circulation,such as nitricoxide(NO),Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Malonbialdehyde(MDA),upon the development of bacterial cholecystitis,to observe the effects of Mongolian medicine Digedayisu,on the three kinds of factors mentioned above when used to treat bacterial cholecystitis so as to discover the possible mechanism of the treatment.METHODS Normal saline with E.coli was injected into the gallbladder to make a model of the bacterial cholecystitis in the rabbit.The contents of NO,SOD and MDA were detected by using spectro photometer.Observation of the changes was made in the gallbladders of every group,including the operation group,the model group,the cholagogue group and the Mongolian medicine-treated group of the rabbits 30 d after the onset of bacterial cholecystitis.RESULTS(1) The contents of NO,SOD and MDA all increased in the model group,in which the contents of NO and MDA increased more significantly,and there was a significant difference between the contents of NO and MDA compared to the operation group(P<0.05),(P<0.01);the content of SOD in the cholagogue group and the Mongolian medicine-treated group also increased significantly,in the Mongolian medicine-treated group the content of SOD was remarkably higher than that in the cholagogue group(P<0.05),but the contents of NO and MDA were dramatically lower than those in the model group and the cholagogue group(P<0.05);CONCLUSION(1) In course of bacterial cholecystitis,the contents of some oxidative media,such as NO,SOD,MDA in the systemic circulation all increase,which demonstrates the bio-active factors all participated in the course of the development of the cholecystitis;(2)Mongolian medicine Digedayisu,improves the course of the inflammation by some possible mechanism.For example,it can induce SOD,lower the contents of free radical NO and MDA,and has an antioxidation.
