维生素E乳膏剂质量标准的研制

摘  要:目的为了控制维生素E乳膏的质量,采用紫外/可见分光光度法测定维生素E乳膏中维生素E的含量。方法以无水乙醇作空白对照,用无水乙醇提取维生素E乳膏中维生素E,检测波长为284 nm。结果平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为2.5%。结论该法操作简便,测定结果准确,可作为该乳膏剂的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE In order to control the quality of vitamin E creams.UV was performed to measure the concentration of vitamin E in the creams.METHODS The wave-length was 284 nm,Vitamin E was extracted from vitamin E creams by ethanol absolute,with ethcanol absolute as control groups.RESULTS The average recovery rate is 97.4%,RSD is 2.5%.CONCLUSION The manufacture procedure was simple and the measure was accurate,it would be a better way for quality control of vitamin E creams.
