摘　　要：目的利用《临床药物咨询系统V5.0》分析我院11118例门诊处方,为合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取2006年3、6和11月的处方应用《临床药物咨询系统V5.0》进行分析。结果437张处方具有不合理用药,发生率为3.93%。结论我院的处方的药物合理用药基本正常,应发挥《临床药物咨询系统V5.0》的更大作用,更应注意提高临床医务人员和药剂人员合理用药的意识、药理学的基础知识和药剂人员的调配技巧。OBJECTIVE To analyze the drug utilization of out patients and estimate the level of rational drug-use in order to provide reference for clinic drug utilization.METHODS 11118 drug prescriptions were randomly selected in March,June,November in 2006.All the drug prescriptions were monitored and analyzed by'V5.0 DAI70'. RESULTS There were 437 cases of adverse interactions and the adverse interaction rate was 3.93%.CONCLUSION The drug utilization is basically normal,but it is not good enough.' V5.0 DAITO ' can play an active role in pharmacists and clinical doctors.We should pay more attention to rational drug use,the basic knowledge of Pharmacology and dispensing skills to make it perfect.
