摘  要:目的探讨如何通过加强孕期健康教育,提高产科质量。方法把1996年-2007年医院开展孕期健康教育分为两个阶段,对两阶段组内和组间产科严重并发症的发生率及母乳喂养率、顺产率进行对比。结果接受过健康教育比未接受过健康教育的人群产科严重并发症发生率小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);母乳喂养率及顺产率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院重视比不重视孕期健康教育,产科严重并发症发生率显著低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视并做好做细孕期健康教育,可以降低产科严重并发症的发生率,提高母乳喂养率,保证顺产率。是提高产科质量的一个重要措施。Objective To study how to improve the obstetric quality by strengthening health teaching during pregnant. Methods Cutting the health teaching by hospital during pregnant from 1996 to 2007 into two parts, and contrasting the occurring rate of the serious syndrome , the rate of breast-feed and the rate of easy delivery. Results The occurring rate of the serious obstetric syndrome is less in the people who contacted with the health teaching than non.(P<0.05) The rate of breast-feed and the rate of easy delivery are higher in the people who contacted with the health teaching than non.(P<0.05)The occurring rate of the serious obstetric syndrome is less in the hospital who regard the health teaching important than not. (P<0.05). Conclution: Attaching importance to the health teaching during pregnant, and doing our best can lower the occurring rate of the serious obstetric syndrome, improve the rate of breast-feed and the rate of easy delivery. It is an important measure to improve the obstetric quality.
