摘　　要：当前国家和各级政府高度关注疾病控制工作、在硬件条件迅速提升的同时,疾病控制人才问题成了困扰我国疾病控制工作的主要问题之一。人才培养作为中国疾病预防控制中心的一项重要任务,承担了为疾病预防系统培养高层次、高素质的创造型人才的任务,并以研究生招生和选题工作密切结合国家疾病控制需求、注重实战能力培养、教学内容更新及时、国际合作背景强、实验室平台支持到位、现场资源共享条件好、师资力量配备强和培养研究生多类型组合等优势和特色,逐步成为了国家高层次疾病控制专业人员的培养基地和国际、国内相关技术交流的窗口。Postgraduate Training is an important mission of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC), to be in step with her working in the fields of disease control and prevention, public health management and provision of service,especially under the situation of rapid hardware setting up in the CDC system. Special features of the postgraduate training in the CDC System in China are combine the requirements of national disease control and prevention and the international co-operations to recruit students, emphasizing the cultivate of practical ability, renovating the training course promptly, and with better resource sharing in laboratory platform, field epidemiologic source and the supply of teachers. The postgraduate training in the China CDC is becoming a important place of high level staff training for disease control and prevention and public health services throughout the country and a window of national and international technical exchanges.
