摘　　要：目的总结锁定接骨板对胫腓骨骨折治疗的效果.方法回顾分析30例胫腓骨骨折,采用锁定接骨板治疗,其中闭合性骨折17例,开放性骨折13例,并有25例骨折病人进行了6～18个月随访。分析采用Jonher-Wruh评分标准.结果所有骨折患者中愈合优为19例,良3例,中3例,差0例.骨折平均愈合时间为4个月。有1例出现近端锁钉断裂,但未影响骨折愈合,无锁定接骨板弯曲及断裂,未出现小腿筋膜室综合征,无术后感染.结论锁定接骨板治疗胫腓骨骨折是较好的方法之一.Objective To determine the effect of LCP in the treatment of the fracture of tibiae and fibula.Methods A retrospective study was done in 30 patients complicating the fracture of tibiae and fibula who were treated with LCP.There were 17 patients complicating exoteric fracture and 13 patients complicating introverted fracture with an averagenf 6-18 months follow-up.Results According t o Jonher-Wruh standard,there were 19 patients with excellent outcome,3 patienis with good,3 patients with fair and none patients with poor outcome.The average bony healing time was 4 months.There were 1 patient complicating the ruptured screw which didn' t impact bony healing,none LCP with curl and rupture,none,none patient complicating syndrome and infection. Conclusion LCP is one of the best techniques which can be used in the treatment of the fracture of tibiae and fibul.
