摘　　要：目的探讨在不同温度(25℃、37℃)下奥硝唑注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍稳定性.方法将临床用药量的奥硝唑注射液加到临床用药量的木糖醇注射液中,在不同温度下放置,0～8h内观察外观、测定混合液pH值、紫外分光度法测定混合液中奥硝唑的含量.结果在25℃与37℃条件下放置8h内,两种注射液配伍后的溶液的外观、pH值、奥硝唑的含量均无明显变化,结论奥硝唑注射液与木糖醇注射液可以配伍,在8h内配伍液性质稳定.objective To study the stability of mixed liquor of ornidazole injection and xylitol injection at different temperatures(2.5℃, 37℃).Mothods To add the clinical medication of ornidazole injection into the clinical medication of xylitol injection,and store the mixed liquor at different temperature(25℃,37℃),and then observe the external appearance,the values of pH,contents of the omidazole in the mixed liquor with UV spectrophotometry within 8h.Rosults The external appearance,the values of pH,contents of the ornidazole in the mixed liquor have no marked change under the conditions as stated above.Conclusion The mixed liquor of omidazole injection and xylitol injection is stable.
