摘　　要：2007年度我院共检出住院患者细菌共3199株,其中革兰氏阴性杆菌占73.4%;革兰氏阳性杆菌占28.6%.根据检出菌株数排位,大肠埃希菌、金葡菌,绿脓假单孢菌、鲍曼氏不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肪杆菌和粪肠球菌是常见的检出菌.大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷白菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)分别占53%和21%.金葡菌和表皮葡萄菌产β-内酰胺酶分别达到98%和96%.如此严重的耐药现状要引起高度重视.In testings among inpatients of SYDCH throughout 2007,there are altogether 3199 strains of bacteria,among which Gram- Negative bacillus accounts for 73.4% and Gram-Positivetive bacillus 26.6%.According to the ranking of the number of the bacteria strains,the most commonly detected bacteria are E.coli,Aureus Staphylococcus,Bacillus Aeruginosus,Acinetobacter Baumanii, Klebsislla Pneumoniae,Enterobactercloadae and Enterococcus Faecalis.The extended spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs)of E.coli and Klebsislla Pneumoniae account for 53% and 21% respectively,whereas ESBLs of Aureus Staphylococcus and Staphylococcus Epidermidis 98%,and 96% perspectively.Such serious drug resistance is worth high attention.
