摘　　要：目的了解淮安市农村居民损伤和中毒的死亡情况及变化趋势,为政府部门时此制定卫生规划和采取防止措施提供参考材料。方法用描述性和分析流行病学,以国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)的方法对淮安市抽样人口因损伤和中毒的死亡情况进行监测研究。结果1997～2006年淮安市抽样监测点居民人口的年均总死亡率为412/10万(4 794/116 240),死因中年均死亡率按从高到低顺序排第3位的是损伤和中毒,为38/10万(442/116 240),占总死亡人数的9.22%;损伤和中毒的死亡人数有逐年增加的趋势;而损伤和中毒中首位死因是自杀,计139人,占31.4%;余依次是交通伤害、意外中毒、坠落伤、溺水等。结论损伤和中毒是淮安市农村居民重要的死亡原因,自杀是损伤和中毒的首位死因。Objective To learn about deaths of the rural residents from injury and poisoning and the change tendency in Huai'an City,in order to provide the government reference information for health planning and prevention.Methods By methods of de- scriptive and analytical epidemiology,based on the International Classification of Diseases-10 Edition (ICD-10),we monitored deaths of sampling population from injury and poisoning in Huai'an city.Results From 1997 to 2006,the annual average total mortality of residents in sampling monitoring points in Huai'an City was 412/10 million (4 794/116 240).Injury and poisoning ranked the third in causes of death by the annual average total mortality in descending order,of which the mortality was 38/10 mil- lion (442/116 240),accounting for 9.22% of the total deaths.There was an annual increasing trend of deaths from injury and poi- soning.Suicide,resulting in 139 deaths,was the first cause of death from injury and poisoning,accounting for 31.4%;remaining traffic injuries,accidental poisoning,falling injuries,and drowning ranked in turn.Conclusion Injury and poisoning was an im- portant cause of death of the rural residents in Huai'an City.Suicide was the first cause of death from injury and poisoning.
