护理干预对控制发热病情的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的通过对发热患者采取护理干预,更有效控制或延缓体温的升高.方法将60例前来就诊的发热患者随机分成两组,干预组实施改善环境,讲解体温升高的原因及出现的相应症状,辅助护理措施的方法及意义,心理疏导等护理干预措施,对照组只给予一般健康指导及常规护理。结果两组患者在用药前后体温升高、下降与不变等指标差异有非常显著性(P<0.01).结论实施护理干预措施可有效控制或延缓体温升高,减少用药次数.Objective Through to pyrexia of the patient to adopt the nursing intervention,active control or postponement body temperature ascension.Method Lives 60 examples gives off heat the patient who receives a medical examination to divide into stochastically two groups,the intervention group implements the improvement environment,the corresponding symptom which the explanation rise of bodily temperature reason and appears,assists nurses the measure the method and the significance,nursing intervention measures and so on psychological unblocking,the control group only gives the general health instruction and conventional nursing.Result Two group of patients around the medication the rise of bodily temperature,the drop and invariable and so on the target differences have the unusual significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Implementation nursing intervention measure may the active control or the postponement rise of bodily temperature,reduces the medication number of times.
