摘 要:研究报道了中山大学校园内5种乔木树皮上原生动物的种类组成、优势类群、丰度、相似性系数、多样性指数等,结合原生动物的食性对各种类的功能营养类群进行了对比分析,并与中国典型地带土壤原生动物做了比较。结果共观察到原生动物7纲,16目37属78种。统计学结果表明:5种树皮上原生动物群落的相似性系数表现为从中等不相似到极不相似;桃金娘科植物柠檬桉、白千层树皮上的原生动物多样性普遍较低,而大王椰树皮上的原生动物多样性似乎是最高的。结合原生动物的食性,结果显示5种树皮上食菌和碎屑者组成第一大功能营养类群,食藻者的种类数次之。Few researches are done on the protozoa living in tree barks.In this study,the species composition, dominance species,abundance,comparability,diversity and feeding patterns of protozoa on the campus of Sun Yatsen University have been studied.The results are compared with soil protozoa in Chinese typical zones.Results show that there are 7 classes,16 orders,37 genus,and 78 species in 5 different kinds of tree barks habitats.Results indicate distinctly there are different protozoa communities on different kind of trees,the reason of which is probably related to different micro-environments caused by different special secretion.Judging from the feeding patterns of the protozoa,most species found here are bacterivores-ditritivores,then algivores follows.This may has a lot to do with the algae and lichen environment on barks.
