摘 要:分析了欧洲和我国的建筑节能状况,并针对降低建筑采暖能耗的问题提出了多种有效的对策,不仅要确定良好的建筑朝向,选择合理的建筑形体,提高建筑物围护结构标准,还要效法欧洲各国将墙体改革与太阳能、地热能和风能等可再生能源的利用合起来。只有这样才能不断提高我国的建筑节能水平,促进建筑节能工作向着零污染、零消耗的目标大步迈进。The author analyses Chinese present conditions of the energy-saving in buildings compared with those of European countries. This article gives the revelant suggestions and strategies to cut down energy consumption in buildings such as choosing a better orientation,selecting rational form and structure,improving the criterion of the enclosing structure. Furthermore imitating the measures of European countries we should combine the reform of the walls with the utilization of solar energy,terrestrial heat and wind energy. Only by these , can we improve the level of energy-efficient buildings and the target of which—non-pollution and zero energy consumption—will be achieved.
