摘  要:详细地阐述了PVC-U熔体黏度与扭矩对加工性能和制品力学性能的影响,认为合适的塑化扭矩是保证PVC-U正常加工的前提条件,其对加工性能有显著的影响;分析了加工设备、工艺条件,尤其是配方及PVC长侧链等因素对塑化扭矩的影响。Influences of the viscosity and torsional moment of PVC-U melt on the processing properties and mechanical properties of products were discussed in detail.It was regarded that suitable plasticizing torsional moment was the precondition for ensuring the processing of PVC-U smoothly and had obvious influences on processing property.Influences of processing equipment,processing conditions,especially formula and the long side chain of PVC on plasticizing torsional moment were analyzed.
