摘　　要：为研究COREX工艺中流程设计、操作参数的选取和优化,开发了COREX工艺模型软件.工艺模型软件有7大模块:主模块,原料优化模块,原料消耗模块,煤气量及组分模块,煤耗与氧耗模块,渣量及组分模块和结果贮存及显示模块.通过Visual Basic与Access数据库的接口,实现数据的保存和传送.根据COREX工艺操作设定输入参数,模型能够计算出原料和熔剂消耗、渣量及成分和产生煤气量及成分.软件能够给出详细的工艺分析和工厂操作的调整,可以用来改善工厂操作.In order to understand and study of the process design,the selection and optimization of operation parameter of COREX process,the model software for COREX process has been developed.The process software was composed of seven modules,such as main module,raw material optimization module,raw material consumption module,gas volume and composition module,coal and oxygen consumption module,slag quantity and composition and module and results saving and showing module.The data access was implemented through the in...
