摘 要:运用相似理论建立实验室无钟炉顶布料模型,通过模拟实验修正布料轨迹方程,即n=[l_0~2cos^2β+2l_0cosβL_x+ (1+4π~2ω~2l_0~2/C_1~2)L_x^2]^(1/2)-α,实验测得焦与矿的自然堆角分别为30.2°与29.1°,焦与矿的堆密度分别为0.65与1.97t/m^3,并用tanα-tanα_0-kh/R确定内堆角,用α_(ore)=79.77-2.04α和α_(coal)=73.12-1.97α确定外堆角,进而建立数学模型并开发布料界面,计算机模拟结果能够直观地反映高炉内料面形状,对高炉操作起到重要作用.The model in lab was built based on similar theory.The charging track equation was corrected as n=[l_0~2cos^2β+2l_0cosβL_x+(1+4π~2ω~2l_0~2/C_1~2)L_x^2]^(1/2)-αthrough the tests in lab.The natural stack angles of coke and ore were 30.2 and 29.1 respectively.The inside stack angle was gained by the formula of tanα=tanα_0-kh/R,and the outside stack angle by the formula ofα_(ore)=79.77-2.04αandα_(coal)=73.12-1.97α.The bulk densities of coke and ore were 0.65 and 1.97 t/m^3.The mathematical model was set up and ...
