摘 要:用微波在封闭体系中对含碳锰矿粉进行加热,有利于磷的还原和气化脱除.在含碳锰矿粉C:O摩尔比1.06、碱度1.27的条件下,研究了1000,1100,1200和1300℃原物料的脱磷率.实验表明,固态还原脱磷率可达40%~60%.微波加热温度越高,保温时间越长,物料还原率越高,含碳锰矿粉还原脱磷效果越好.It was highly advantageous to reducing dephosphorization when manganese ore powder with coal and calcic lime was heated by microwave in the closed system.Under the condition of a certain molar ratio of carbon and oxygen as well as basicity, dephosphorization percentage of the reduced stuff at 1100℃,1200℃and 1300℃were researched respectively.The experiment showed that the reducing dephosphorization percentage on solid state was 40%0-60%.The higher heating temperature and the longer holding time as well as th...
