摘　　要：近年来,我国煤化工的发展呈现"过热"态势。尽管国家相继出台了有关调控政策、规定,但没能完全落实到位。笔者建议:要坚持以科学发展观统领煤化工发展的全局,充分考虑资源、生态、环境的承载能力及一些能源替代品项目在技术、投资、成本等方面的不确定因素,审时度势,权衡利弊,慎重决策,实施在可控条件下的有序发展、适度发展。加速转变煤化工的发展方式,建设"规模化、大型化、现代化、一体化",具备国际竞争力的现代煤化工基地。煤化工应成为资源节约型、环境友好型产业。In recent years,the development of coal chemical industry appears to be "overheated",and the situation is such that a mere glance of coal would promptly make people to think about coal-based chemical industry,and that results in too many coal based gasoline or methanol projects due to poor oversight of relevant policies.Consequently,it is proposed that coal chemical industry should be developed in a scientific way,sustainable strategy should be adhered to and the traditional development orientation of coal ...
