摘　　要：针对兖矿鲁南化肥厂在栲胶脱硫运行过程中存在的问题:系统中副盐较多、脱硫出口指标超标、泵抽空现象频繁发生、熔硫不正常等,分析了栲胶吸收能力下降的原因,提出了生产中解决问题的具体措施:把好进厂原料质量关、减少副盐的生成、加大对悬浮硫的过滤、对熔硫釜流程进行改造等。通过采取这些措施,实现了生产运行正常。This paper illustrates the problems appeared in the process of desulfurization by means of tanning extract such as lots of by-products generated in the unit, data at the outlet of desulfurization unit goes beyond standard, frequent underpressure of pumps and upset conditions during sulfur melting, and comes into the conclusion of such problems are caused by decline of sulfur absorption ability of tanning extract, and further proposes some measures to solve the problems as to control the quality of feedstock...
