摘  要:针对目前在线原油含水量监测不准,监测设备受各种环境因素影响,造成较大误差,从而使原油集中运输造成很大的浪费。介绍了短波法原油含水的测量原理,给出了短波比较法含水分析仪的结构及监测电路的工作原理,并对温漂、零漂和电磁干扰进行了实验并对实验结果进行了深入分析,从而验证了短波法的优越性,为原油含水的测量提供了一种有效的方法。In view of the inaccurate inspected value of measuring water content in crude oil and environment influence on the equipment. this paper puts forward the theory of measuring water content in crude oil by short-wave compare, describes the structure of the water content instrument and working principle of the circuit, and analyzes the experimental results. The temperature-float and zero-float experimental results are researched, which validates the excellence of the short-wave absorbability theory. It offers an effective method for measuring water content in crude oil.
