超声对颈部囊肿临床诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在颈部囊肿诊断中的临床应用。方法颈部囊性占位性病变病例93例,男性48例,女性45例;年龄3～25岁,平均18.8岁。应用超声进行诊断。结果超声诊断颈部囊肿符合率为97.8%(91/93),其中,鳃裂囊肿符合率为98.0%(49/50),甲状舌管囊肿符合率为97.6%(42/43)。结论超声诊断颈部囊肿具有临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical cysts.Methods In 93 cases(48male and 45 female;average age,18.8 years old),cervical cystic masses were diagnosed by ultrasound imaging,including 50 cases of branch cleft cysts and 43 cases of thyroglossal cysts.Results Thecorresponding rate of ultrasound in cervical cysts was totally 97.8%(91/93).And the corresponding rates of ultrasound in branch cleft cysts and thyroglossal cysts were 97.5%(39/40) and 97.6%(42/4...
