摘 要:对两种不同陶瓷废料进行了分析,并将其以不同掺量部分替代矿渣掺入矿渣水泥中,测试了矿渣水泥的物理力学性能。通过图像分析仪研究了废渣颗粒群形貌特征,并用XRD射线衍射仪对矿渣水泥的水化产物进行了分析。结果表明:陶瓷废料主要是铝硅酸盐矿物,具有玻璃相,含有一定的活性物质。作为活化剂,在占废渣(矿渣+陶瓷废料)总质量2%~5%的掺量时可以提高矿渣水泥的7d和28d强度,并改善流动度。陶瓷废料的活化机理是由于其具备的颗粒形态效应,并且它在早期可以加快熟料水化,后期加快矿渣的水化进程。The properties of two kinds of ceramic waste were investigated,and compound cements were prepared with 50% Portland cement,and 50% of additives in which slag and ceramic waste were included.The ceramic waste partially replaced slag at 4 different contents in the cements.The physical and mechanical properties of these cements were tested,granule geometrical morphologies of waste residue were analyzed by image analysis and the hydration products of the cements were studied by XRD.The test results showed that ...
