摘　　要：为了解秃鹫肺的组织结构特征,探讨其结构与生理功能之间的关系,运用生物显微技术和透射电镜技术,观察研究了一例成体秃鹫肺的组织结构.结果表明秃鹫的肺由各级支气管、无数肺小叶及小叶间结缔组织组成.肺小叶呈多面棱柱形,包括三级支气管、肺房、漏斗和呼吸毛细管,而呼吸毛细管相互吻合成网状;呼吸毛细管上皮胞质内细胞器较少,而含较多吞饮小泡;呼吸毛细管壁外面包围有丰富的毛细血管;气-血屏障极薄.To explore the structural characteristics of the lung tissue of Aegypius monachus,and probe into the relation between the fabric and physiology,the tissue structure of a sample of aldut Aegypius monachus 1ung were observated by light microscope(LM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the Aegypius monachus lung is consisted of all levels brochi,a lot of pulmonary 1obulos and connective tissue.The pulmonary 1obulos are hexahedron including tertiary bronchus,pulmonary antrum,funne...
