摘　　要：以首次开发成功的高真空连续精馏技术代替传统的高真空间歇精馏过程,可以有效解决精细化工产品或原料因其难分离、热敏性强等特点而导致的产品纯度、颜色和嗅味不能达到分离要求的普遍问题。通过真实开发过程实例,阐述了高真空连续精馏技术的特点及设备选型要求等关键技术点,表明了高真空连续精馏技术在众多精细化工产品及其中间体的分离精制上具有普遍的推广应用价值。In place of traditional batch high vacuum distillation process,newly developed continuous high vacuum distillation technique can effectively solve the problems such as difficulty in separation,intense heat-sensitivity,low product purity,and poor product chrominance,etc.,in refine chemical industry.In this paper,the characteristics of this technique and relative equipment requirements are described in detail through industrial applications.It also shows that continuous high vacuum distillation technique is v...
